Our newest development is at Swanbank: a 23,000 m² site near Ipswich, with a 10,000 m² manufacturing warehouse and 400 m² of office space, designed and built for a single occupier from the beginning.

That occupier is XL Precast, a precast concrete manufacturer that will operate its Queensland business from the site.

The facility has been designed around the way the business works, from its production line and loading requirements to the yard layout.

Construction is under way and estimated completion date is May 2027. Design, approvals and delivery are managed in-house, as they are across every Benny Property development.
