Yatala sits in one of South East Queensland’s key industrial corridors, between Brisbane and the Gold Coast, with direct access to the M1.
Construction was managed in-house, with precast construction, direct oversight throughout the project and a long-term approach to ownership from the beginning.
Next door at 43 Computer Road, Benny Property built a 2,300 m² warehouse with 200 m² of office space on a 4,000 m² site. That property was sold to Sushi Train a few years ago.
Today, 47 Computer Road remains owned and managed by Benny Property.
