The vision

A lighter footprint, a longer view.

Zero Estate began with a simple question: how can industrial property be designed with a lighter environmental impact and a longer-term view?

It is Benny Property’s vision for a new kind of industrial estate. One that brings together practical industrial space, smarter building systems and more considered environmental design.

The idea is a journey to beyond zero carbon emission. Not a specific building or location, but a concept for how future industrial developments could be approached.

The Zero Estate concept explores features including EV charging, natural light and cross-ventilation, energy-efficient systems, building automation and more considered material choices.

It is about looking beyond the immediate build and thinking about how industrial property can perform over the long term.
